In January 2013 Signal Fire exhibited a compilation of video work by Signal Fire artists in the video window of Portland’s Elizabeth Leach Gallery. Opening on Thursday, January 3, the public was able to view the work from the street throughout the month. Choosing the work was an interesting look into the patterns that were emerging in the diverse and growing list of alumni:

"Miguel Arzabe lifts a simple, but startling orange kite into the high desert landscape of eastern Oregon. Rebecca Najdowski places Polaroids onto a quilt of rocky surfaces. Julie Perini follows the terrain of a central Mexico town by the hundreds of steps winding through the streets. And Zachary Davis uses special effects to crystallize an entire mountain range."
