This event is Signal Fire's annual fundraiser that highlights a competitive camp stove cook-off. The purpose of this event is to bring together supporters and past participants of Signal Fire’s innovative work that brings artists into the backcountry, and to compete with their best backpacking meal. Adding in a few celebrity judges (local chef's and food critics) to raise the stakes, this event has become a great way to bring our organization’s community together and raise necessary funds for our work. There will also be a pre-party hike through Forest Park to the event, a silk-screening station and Signal Fire alumni performances. Signal Fire will also have available our a small booklet with the recipes collected and ready to help plan your next adventure.
